Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Sweden and the European Union only.
Processing times
Original paintings: 2–5 business days from order to dispatch.
Print-on-demand reproductions: 5–10 business days. Each print is produced to order by our print partner and shipped directly to you, which means a slightly longer lead time but less waste.
Order confirmation and tracking details are emailed once your item is dispatched.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
Sweden: 1–3 business days EU: 3–7 business days
These are estimates from our carriers. Actual delivery may vary, particularly around public holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, the size of the item, and the carrier option you select. Original paintings require insured, tracked shipping; this is included automatically in the calculated cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sofiatanswell.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or on arrival, in the case of damage). Please include your order number and, for damaged items, photographs of the packaging and the item. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
