Return and Refund Policy
We ship within Sweden and the European Union only.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU consumer law (Sw: distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
To start a return, contact us at hello@sofiatanswell.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, along with your order number. Once we confirm your request, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Diminished value
If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what was necessary to inspect it — for example framing, hanging, creasing, scratches, or fading — we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@sofiatanswell.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
This is separate from the right of withdrawal above and is covered by your statutory guarantee rights (Sw: reklamationsrätt), which apply for up to three years from delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original following the steps above, and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days. We refund the purchase price and the cost of the cheapest standard outbound shipping option we offered; any additional shipping cost you chose at checkout (e.g. express) is not refunded.
